I wrote this article to help you remove Websearch.eazytosearch.info. This Websearch.eazytosearch.info removal guide works for Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer.
Websearch.eazytosearch.info is an advertising-supported browser hijacker which changes your default homepage and search engine without your knowledge. When installed, the program starts flooding your system with multiple ads and pop-ups that lead to suspicious websites and can harm your computer.
If Websearch.eazytosearch.info is already in your system, when you perform a web search, it will display sponsored ads instead of the genuine ones. In addition, your browser speed will slow down, thus you have to remove Websearch.eazytosearch.info as fast as possible.
Most often the program comes to your system bundled with some other applications. It usually happens when you run an installation process and skip the step-by-step options. If you read the instructions carefully, you could avoid the malicious software by unchecking few boxes on the setup wizard screen. By doing this, you will protect your PC from Websearch.eazytosearch.info. Be aware that you should always download programs from their official websites because they avoid bundling untrusted software.
The big browser hijackers’ family of Websearch.eazytosearch.info is called Websearch. Other computer infections that come from this family are Websearch.just-browse.info, Websearch.homesearch-hub.info, and Websearch.helpmefindyour.info. The hijackers from Websearch use the justplug.it extension engine, and the creators of justpulg.it provide services for the production of cross-platform browser extensions.
When Websearch.eazytosearch.info enters your system, it starts monitoring your online activity and shares this information with third-party distributors. This is how the developers of the program provide you with custom adverts.
Another problem about using Websearch.eazytosearch.info is the fact that it comes together with a SearchNewTab adware extension which hijacks new tab pages. In addition, the application can interrupt your web browsing by displaying sponsored links and redirecting you to some suspicious websites. To avoid any further problems related to your virtual activity, you have to remove Websearch.eazytosearch.info along with the SearchNewTab extension.
As Websearch.eazytosearch.info is harmful, you’d better follow the removal instructions bellow this article. As soon as the program is erased, you should scan your computer with a reliable malware detector to find and remove any malicious files.
