Dear Daniel, my email computer and phone were hacked I took it to a computer repair shop and the unscrupulous guy added this virus with a malware ver of malware bytes and Google chrome I could use not remove, he also lo locked my antivirus and prohibited my laptop from accessing the Internet so it was stuck on flight mode. A friend suggested, a reset of my laptop now it’s locked and won’t accept my old password and it is useless, I’m so pissed.
