A parasite such as this one is designed to trick you into paying a sum of money in the form of Bitcoin, in exchange for keeping your privacy intact.
The senders of this email also claim that your computer has been infected by a Trojan horse virus, and in a result of this infection, they were able to spy on you. They are threatening to spread the data they have on you, particularly an embarrassing video they managed to steal through your webcam. Do not pay attention to their threats! What you need to do is to stay calm, delete this fraudulent email and scan your computer for the scamware behind it.

Run the Task Manager by right clicking on the Taskbar and choosing Start Task Manager.
Look carefully at the file names and descriptions of the running processes. If you find any suspicious one, search on Google for its name, or contact me directly to identify it. If you find a malware process, right-click on it and choose End task.
Open Control Panel by holding the Win Key and R together. Write appwiz.cpl in the field, then click OK.
Here, find any program you had no intention to install and uninstall it.
Open MS Config by holding the Win Key and R together. Type msconfig and hit Enter.
Go to the Startup tab and Uncheck entries that have “Unknown” as Manufacturer.
