They state that you are currently using the free version of Malware Crusher which can only find threats but it cannot delete them. Then, they prompt you to purchase the full version of the program which, of course, doesn’t come cheap. Do not make that mistake.
Malware Crusher is a scam. It cannot even perform scans, let alone find threats that other AV apps cannot. Do not give these people your money only to get a fake program which cannot help you. How did Malware Crusher enter your machine? The PUP was probably attached to another program on the web which you installed on your PC. This is called the bundling method and if you are not careful during the installation process, you end up infecting your own machine. Next time you install apps, be sure to opt for the Advanced settings in the Setup Wizard.
