I wrote this article to help you remove Package Tracker Pro. This Package Tracker Pro removal guide works for Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer.
Package Tracker Pro is a malicious program which has been reported in various attacks all over the world. The pest is categorized as a browser hijacker infection and it is dangerous. Seeing it in your system is bad. Very bad. Hijackers don’t make for pleasant tenants. They are dreaded. Package Tracker Pro is not an exception. The fact that it is newly-developed even means that it is more advanced and sophisticated which automatically makes it more hazardous. Needless to say, you must do your best to remove it from your machine the first chance you get.
Once you notice the pest on board, don’t hesitate. Find where it is hiding and delete it upon discovery. Keep in mind that if you let it stay, it will create a huge mess. Some of the damage it causes may even turn out to be irreversible. The question is, are you going to sit idly by while Package Tracker Pro is destroying your machine, or are you going to take matters into your own hands and protect yourself and your computer? If you answer is different than the second option, you must rethink your priorities. Package Tracker Pro is a dangerous parasite and it has no place in your system.
As soon as the hijacker slithers in, your entire browsing experience changes. The pest hijacks your Google Chrome browser by adding to it its pesky extension. From this moment on, you are no longer in charge. Your opinion is irrelevant. The crooks are in control now. The hijacker starts making various completely unauthorized changes in your browser settings and no matter what you do, you cannot change them back.
For example, the pest replaces your preferred homepage and search engine with its own domain. It also opens additional tab all the time and redirects you to shady pages whenever you go online. Aside from that, the hijacker also floods your screen with tons of ads.
Imagine what all of this does to your web surfing. It demolishes it. But even if you have nerves of steel and you are somehow able to tolerate these shenanigans, there is something you cannot put up with. Package Tracker Pro jeopardizes your privacy by spying on you. The pest uses your browser as a spying device. It monitors everything that you do and collects all the valuable data it can find. What is even worse, the hijacker shares everything it records with the hackers behind it. They have access to your personal details and they can use them for whatever they see fit.
There is no need of explaining how incredibly hazardous this is, is there? You may easily fall victim to a financial scam or even an identity theft. Do yourself a huge favor and remove the hijacker from your system before it is too late. Use our detailed removal guide below and get rid of the intruder now!
How is Package Tracker Pro distributed? There is no one single infiltration method for this parasite. It relies on several tactics. For instance, the good old email messages and malicious attachments. Corrupted pages and links which lead to sites, full of malware. Fake program or system updates. Freeware/shareware bundles. Malicious social media messages, etc. However, none of these techniques are good enough to work without your inactive cooperation.
For example, if you don’t click on a malicious ad, you will don’t be redirected to a page, brimming with infection. But if you do click, you get malware. So, what we actually mean by inactive cooperation is carelessness. Do not be negligent and pay attention to what you click on and what you agree to. If you don’t protect your own PC, no one else will.
