I wrote this article to help you remove TRACKSTREAMS.COM. This TRACKSTREAMS.COM removal guide works for Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer.

TRACKSTREAMS.COM is an adware infection. Actually, it is a page that indicates the presence of the adware in your system, not the adware itself. The two go hand in hand. If you see the page, you have the adware and that’s a fact. Luckily for you, these pests are considered much less harmful and relatively easy to tackle. If you were infected with a destructive Trojan or a greedy ransomware, your situation would have been much worse. However, this doesn’t mean that the adware is harmless. It is not.

We haven`t encountered an innocuous infection yet and chances are, you haven`t either. There is no such thing as a cyber parasite which doesn’t harm your system in any way. They all do. Each pest eventually gets out of control and causes some irreversible damage. This adware included. Stop it before it succeeds. Once you spot the TRACKSTREAMS.COM site, accept it as the warning sign it is and start looking for the adware. When you find it, delete it ASAP. There is no place for malware on your system. So, do the right thing and get rid of this one before it gets too late. Act now! Delays lead to regrets.

This adware bombards you with ads. It starts doing so from the moment it enters. You see commercials “by TRACKSTREAMS.COM” all the time. Your screen is completely covered. Even the pages which used to be ad-free are bow heavy on banners. You also see coupons, offers, deals, pop-ups, video ads, in texts, hyperlinks, and pretty much whatever else you can possibly think of. Name it, you see it. The adverts are countless. You cannot make a single online move without seeing tons of them of each page you load. Do you know why you see them, though? Be sure that they are not there to enhance your online shopping experience. Of course not. The crooks use them to earn pay-per-click revenue. If you click on an ad, they get paid. This is called the pay-per-click marketing system. Your clicks fill their pockets.

What is worse though, is that your clicks also jeopardize your machine`s safety. These commercials are not safe. They are generated by an infection which automatically makes them potentially dangerous. Not all of them but most of them. And you cannot tell which ads are safe and which are corrupted without clicking. Yet, if you click on the wrong one, you get more infections on board. You will worsen your predicament all by yourself.

The other big problem is that the ads don’t go away. They even become more and more with each day so avoidance is not a permanent solution either. The only way to get rid of them is to get rid of the adware altogether. This is exactly what you must do. This pest is not beneficial to you. On the contrary. It demolished your online experience and exposes you to malware risk. Remove it as soon as possible and earn the gratitude of your future self.

How did the adware enter your system without you realizing? As the adware it still a program, it needs your permission to be installed. And it asks for it. However, it does so in the sneakiest ways possible because otherwise, you would deny it access. It uses tricks like fake program updates, freeware, spam, corrupted links, etc. It lies to your face and if you are too distracted, you fall for it. Take the updates for instance. You may think you are updating Java while in fact, you are installing malware. Read carefully the Terms and Conditions/EULA before accepting them. Use only verified sources. If anything looks suspicious, abort the installation immediately.
