How to Remove Jungle Arcade Virus (Chrome/Edge/Firefox) | Updated

I wrote this article to help you remove Jungle Arcade Virus. This Jungle Arcade Virus removal guide works for Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer.

Jungle Arcade falls under the umbrella of the adware family. Have you had to deal with an adware infection before? If yes, you know just how extremely annoying these pests are. If not, prepare yourself. Most users tend to underestimate adware, thinking they are just harmless ad-generating applications. Well, they are indeed ad-generating apps but they are not harmless. There is no such thing as an innocuous infection.

Each parasite is capable of causing you irreversible damage, especially if given enough time to operate. But do not panic. The good news is that Jungle Arcade is relatively easy to remove. However, you should act promptly. As we said, the longer the adware stays, the more time it has to make a mess. And it will unless you take measures against it. Take experts` advice and remove the adware as soon as you realize it is on board. The sooner it is gone, the better.

As an ad-supported program, Jungle Arcade`s goal is to generate as many ads as possible. Why? Because its developers use the pay-per-click marketing system to make money. If the adware fails to help them, it gets taken down. That why once on board, the adware goes after your browsers first. All of them. It doesn’t matter if you use Mozilla, Chrome, IE or some other browsers, Jungle Arcade is perfectly compatible with each one. It messes with their settings and adds a pesky plugin. This way, it injects them with ads. Tons of ads actually.

You are flooded with so many commercials that your previous normal online activities are completely ruined. Every time you try visiting a page, you get bombarded with advertisements which are impossible to get rid of. Even clicking on the “X” button doesn’t make them go away. In fact, when you click you get redirected to different really shady pages which are also covered with ads.

Also, by clicking, you are helping the adware`s developers to make money. Each of your clicks fills their pockets. But that’s not the worst part. When you click, you get redirected to sites which are probably infested with malware. You could compromise your machine in a matter of seconds. With a single click. Do you want that? Of course, not. We would advise you to avoid everything the adware displays but that is simply impossible as the links and ads are too many. Sometimes they even appear right under the cursor of your mouse and you click anyway.

The only way to get rid of the annoying commercials and regain control over your browsing is to delete the adware for good. It has to go. It is not beneficial to you in any way and it is not going to be. Get rid of it before you flood your machine with more infections and it shuts down completely. Use our removal guide below to help you deal with this pesky pest. All you have to do is follow the steps but if you prefer an automatic solution, you can always download a good anti-malware program to help you.

How did Jungle Arcade enter? Usually, adware arrives with bundles. Hackers attach it to another program and when victims download this program they get the adware as well. However, there is a way to prevent that. You just need to be more attentive.

When you install programs, make sure to opt for the Customized settings in the Setup Wizard instead of the Basic ones. They allow you to check the entire bundle program by program and see all the additionally attached apps as well as deselect them. Deselect all ads which are there as a “bonus” and then you can still install the program you wanted in the first place. Keeping your machine infection-free requires vigilance and caution. If you give into carelessness and rely on luck, your PC will never be safe.
