I wrote this article to help you remove FreePDFCombiner. This FreePDFCombiner removal guide works for all Windows versions.

FreePDFCombiner is advertised as a useful tool that can help you to merge PDF documents. In reality, it is anything but that. Malware researches categorize this questionable tool as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Program). You definitely don’t want that malicious extension to get control of your browser. It is able to modify your browser settings, as well as install dubious add-ons and toolbars that are as shady as this FreePDFCombiner extension. What’s more, your browser will be turned into an ad-displaying tool.

FreePDFCombiner can also reroute you to suspicious and even dangerous third-party websites. Another thing this PUP is able to do is the power to replace your homepage, new tab pages, as well as a preferred search engine with custom ones.

The FreePDFCombiner extension PUP claims to be a very helpful tool. What’s worse, you can download it from many app stores. Another way this unwanted program can infiltrate your computer is by free bundled software of fake update requests. Often users opt for a Quick installation and thus are unaware of the real content of such software bundles.

In order to be sure that you will not grant some malicious software access to your computer by accident, we strongly recommend that you follow a Custom or Advanced type of installation. This way you can easily deselect any unnecessary programs or applications that you deem suspicious or never intended to download to begin with.

Also, it is best to get all of your software updates from licensed and reliable sources only. Don’t be quick to click on a random pop-up that urges you to follow a suspicious link in order to update a program on your computer. We advise our users to pay close attention to what they are clicking on and also to read diligently any terms and conditions that come with each download and installation process. It is always better to be safe than sorry.

This PUP will cause so much trouble to your browser to the point that you will not be able to use it at all. Victims of the FreePDFCombiner tool can experience constant browser crashes or freezes on every launch. Not only that, but from the huge amount of ads that are being generated by this PUP, it is very possible for your system to overload and to cause a sudden decrease in your internet speed or overall computer performance. In the long run, such problems may cause severe damages to your computer system, because it will fail to manage all this dubious advertisement traffic.

Furthermore, the ads generated by this questionable tool are very likely to lead to infected sources that may seek to open backdoors for hackers, so they can steal your private data and sell it to other third-parties for profit. At the end of this article you will find detailed instructions on how to successfully remove this unwanted program from your computer.
